NOCBA Vice President, Sharlene Mandella, was born and raised in Orange County. She received her BA from UCSD and her JDE from Chapman University’s, Fowler School of Law.

After law school, Ms. Mandella joined OCDA’s office as a criminal prosecutor, where she remains today.
